-Setup and management of automated SMS review‑request workflows for your customers, where you authorize such messaging and have -obtained required consent from your customers.

-Optional website creation and hosting.

-Ongoing monitoring and basic reporting.

We do not guarantee any specific ranking position, number of reviews, number of new customers, or revenue outcome.

3. Eligibility and Client Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Services.

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information about your business.

Maintaining access to your Google and other third‑party accounts we integrate with.

Ensuring your business complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional/health‑care advertising rules.

Obtaining any required consents from your own customers and staff for our access to their data.

4. Fees, Billing, and Refunds

Our core services are billed on a month‑to‑month basis. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you will be billed via Stripe using the payment method you provide.

Fees are charged in advance for each monthly billing period.

All fees for completed billing periods are non‑refundable.

We may change our pricing on future billing cycles with reasonable notice.

You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

5. Term and Cancellation

These Terms apply for as long as you use the Services.

You may cancel your subscription by emailing [email protected] with at least 30 days’ notice before your next billing date. Your access to the Services will continue through the end of the paid period and then terminate. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or are misusing the Services.

6. No Legal, Medical, or Compliance Advice

We are not a law firm, medical provider, or compliance consultant. Nothing in the Services or on our website constitutes legal, medical, or regulatory advice. You are solely responsible for your compliance with all laws that apply to your business, including healthcare, privacy, advertising, and telemarketing rules.

You should consult your own legal counsel regarding your specific obligations, including but not limited to TCPA, HIPAA, state privacy laws, and professional regulations.

7. SMS/MMS Mobile Messaging Marketing Program

We respect your privacy. We will only use information to provide the agreed-upon services.

Program Description: By subscribing to GreatLocalLeads SMS messages, you agree to receive automated marketing and informational text messages (e.g., appointment reminders, account updates) from Adam Hess dba GreatLocalLeads at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to cancel.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

8. Third‑Party Services

The Services may integrate with or rely on third‑party platforms and tools, including but not limited to GoHighLevel and related communication infrastructure. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their actions, outages, data handling practices, or policy changes.

Your use of any third‑party services is subject to their separate terms and policies.

9. Intellectual Property

We own all rights, title, and interest in and to our website, brand, proprietary workflows, templates, and any original content we create, excluding your own logos, trademarks, and business content.

You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes while your subscription is active.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an “as‑is” and “as‑available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the total amount you paid us during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless greatlocalleads and Adam Hess from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
